actually made this training valuable for me. I started in leadership for the last probably 8 to nine months only. So I got to have an insight into different leadership styles and how to apply them to different types of people as well. And it was really insightful for me particularly also about delegation and understanding how to delegate to create more success for my own department. So the trainer himself I have to say was absolutely amazing. I didn't expect to actually gain so much knowledge from him. More so because he shared different ways to lead and different scenarios, but he actually shared his own experiences and that to me made it even more personable and relatable and uh it was really helpful. I am a marketing manager at Moorfields Eye Hospital in Dubai and I have attended the effective leadership and supervisory skills for success training at Talent Intelligence Hub. Um it was a wonderful experience learned a lot from excellent trainers who have a vast amount of experience in this field and I believe this will effectively help me manage my teams managed leadership organization much better than I did before I attended the event. I believe this is a very important and useful training for anybody who is looking to upskill themselves in their leadership roles especially with the way it was uh formatted. It was very engaging.
