Who we are

Information we collect
We collect details you voluntarily submit when you contact us, request a service, register interest or apply for a program. This may include your name and contact details, organization, location, the enquiry or requirement you describe, and your course or professional interests. When you use a form, we also record the source page, campaign context and the permission choices you selected. We do not request sensitive HR records, passport or identity documents, health data, bank or card details, or third-party personal data through general enquiries. For young-learner programs, a parent or guardian should submit the enquiry using their own contact details and only minimal learner information.
How we use your information
We use your information to review and respond to your enquiry, provide requested services or registration, maintain records and support, and improve our offerings. Marketing communications are sent only with your separate optional consent, which you can withdraw by emailing info@talentihub.com. Submitting an enquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where your information is processed
Website enquiries are processed through HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), our customer-relationship management platform, and relevant TIH personnel. HighLevel states that its product infrastructure is hosted in the United States and publishes a data-processing agreement and a list of subprocessors. Other subprocessors may process information in other countries. We are confirming the account-specific agreement and safeguards applicable to TIH; this notice does not assert an executed TIH agreement. External services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and payment checkout apply their own providers' policies and notices. Processing may occur outside the UAE. Please contact info@talentihub.com for the details and safeguards applicable to your information.
How long we keep your information
TIH retains enquiry records for five years from your last meaningful contact with us. Other service records are kept for as long as needed for the service relationship, applicable record-keeping and any claims obligations. Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, public pages viewed, engagement, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google processes this information and may process it outside the UAE. We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers or answers submitted in our enquiry forms to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Analytics remains off until you opt in. You can withdraw permission through Manage analytics preferences on our Cookie Policy page; browsing and enquiry forms remain available if you decline.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, data portability where available, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, email info@talentihub.com. You may also complain to the applicable data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing that already took place.
Security
We use HTTPS for website connections, server-side validation of submitted information, and authenticated access to our customer-relationship management platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector). We do not claim an absolute security guarantee, an ISO or GDPR certification, or that the website is 'fully compliant'.
Applicable law
We handle personal information in line with UAE data-protection requirements and other laws where they apply to our activities. Whether EU GDPR applies depends on the activities and targeting involved; we do not claim an unsupported GDPR certification.
