Schools & Future Talent

Imagine it.
Build something real.

TIH works with schools and families on real-world learning, summer work projects and Young Founders development. One-to-one support helps children develop a business idea and learn how to run it.

Think it. Make it. Share it.

YOUNG FOUNDERS

From an idea to a working project

01

Develop the idea

Explore interests, identify a customer problem and decide what to create.

02

Build and test

Develop an offer, plan costs and test a small version with one-to-one support.

03

Learn to run it

Practice presentation, customer communication, budgeting and improving the project.

A parent or guardian coordinates participation. Any real selling, accounts or business arrangements require adult supervision and applicable permissions.

LEARNING WITH CARE

Adults coordinate.
Young people explore.

Inquiries for minors are handled by a parent, guardian or authorized school representative. Dates, age suitability, supervision and consent are confirmed before participation.

Designed around learning.

Each experience has clear learning objectives, age-appropriate activities and agreed supervision. Adults can explore a separate internship route.
